Our Why - A Letter From Our Founders

To our family and friends, 

We didn’t believe the day would come when we would be celebrating the life of our son before our own. Our sweet, beloved Bryce has been missing since October 30, 2022. Our faith leads us to believe we will see Bryce again one day and frequently tell each other that “he just beat us there.”

For those of you who have met Bryce, you know he has always been a kind, thoughtful, selfless, supportive soul who puts his family and friends first. He has brought joy to countless people during his too short time with us, and we all miss his light every day.

In the wake of this tragedy, we have found new ways to honor Bryce and build on his legacy of caring, compassion, and being there for others. One of these ways is to create a foundation in his name – Bryce’s Blessings. Bryce’s Blessings is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide lasting impact and financial support to bereaved families coping with the loss of a child, especially those dealing with ambiguous loss.

Over the past several months since Bryce’s disappearance, thousands of you who care about him have asked how you can help. And many of you already have through your gift of time searching for him and through your love and prayers of support. Here is another opportunity to do so.
